01 About Us
QAZI CABS is a licensed private hire operator, regulated by the relevant local authority.
We provide pre-booked private hire vehicle services across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
By using our website, booking services, or travelling with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not accept them, please do not use our service.
02 Booking Rules
- All bookings are requests only. A confirmed booking exists only once we send you confirmation via SMS, email, or phone call.
- You must provide full, accurate details: exact pickup/drop-off points, date/time, number of passengers, luggage size, and any special requirements (e.g., wheelchair access, child seats, assistance needs).
- We may decline any booking at our discretion, including for unsafe destinations, incomplete details, or if we cannot meet your requirements.
- Changes to bookings must be made at least 2 hours before travel time, and are subject to vehicle availability.
03 Prices & Payment
- Fares are calculated based on distance, travel time, vehicle type, waiting time, and applicable surcharges (late nights, public holidays, extra luggage).
- Any fare shown on our website is an estimate only; final price may change due to route alterations, traffic delays, or extra services requested.
- We accept payment via cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer, and approved online payment methods. All payments are processed in British Pounds Sterling (£).
- Prepayments or deposits may be required for long-distance or advance bookings.
04 Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancelled by You
- 2+ hours before pickup: Full refund of any deposit/prepayment.
- Less than 2 hours before pickup: 50% of the estimated fare will be charged.
No-Show
- If the driver waits 15 minutes or more at the agreed pickup point with no sign of you, the full estimated fare will be charged.
Cancelled by Us
- We will notify you as early as possible and provide a full refund of all payments made.
05 Vehicle & Passenger Rules
- All our vehicles are fully licensed, insured, serviced, and cleaned to UK regulatory standards. All drivers hold valid private hire licences and have passed necessary background checks.
- All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times, in line with UK law.
- Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- You are liable for any damage, soiling, or excessive cleaning required due to your actions.
- We take no responsibility for items left in vehicles, but will make reasonable efforts to reunite lost property with you.
06 Liability
- We comply fully with the Road Traffic Act 1988, Private Hire Vehicles Act, and all applicable local authority regulations.
- Our liability for personal injury or loss is limited to the maximum cover provided by our insurance policy and UK law.
- We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missed flights, business appointments) or delays caused by roadworks, accidents, weather, or other events outside our control.

08 Complaints & Governing Law
- If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us directly via phone or email. We will respond within 7 working days.
